Steve - it will rotate but there is a caveat (great word, I probably used it
wrong)....the knobs/bumps on the casing will bump into the diagonal cross
braces if the rotor plate is mounted at just the wrong height.....since we
usually put the rotor at the top of the next to the last section we don't
suffer this problem.
