Mike;
If the Phillystran has potting heads, it almost certainly is not the latest
version that allows the use of cable clamps or preforms. The chances of you
successfully cleaning out those potting heads is next to nil and probably not
worth the effort. The power companies use the same type of head for their guy
cable, except they have gripping jaws inside. I was able to score a number of
them from a power company and used them (with the jaws in place) by pouring
the same two-part resin that Philiadelphia Resins supplies with the
Phillystran. You may be able to find the potting heads in an old-time
hardware or surplus store, if any still exisst. By the way, it is an
incredibly messy process.
