[TowerTalk] Prices for Used Rohn 25 & 45

I've had a number of inquires about the information I received on the
prices for used Rohn 25 and 45.  From the responses I received, the prices
seem to vary considerably from area to area.  I'll summarise the responses,
some a fairly involved, and post it here on the reflector this weekend.
