PolyPhaser IS-RCT (with or without J-1 or J2 clamp for hooking up to tower or
ground rod).
It is weatherproof, but you still need to weatherize the screws on the terminal
strip. I don't
have the price list handy, but I think it's in the $60 range (after 3 years, I
should know $, but
I do a cold reboot every morning). Handles up to 8 lines and most current
conventional rotors.
Won't do prop pitch. I'd like to do a custom for that, but what is the market?
(Customs need
proof of ROI and market potentials.)

Subject: [TowerTalk] Lighting protection for rotor control lines
Greeting,
Does anyone made a lighting protection device for the rotor control
lines? I asked at my local ham shop and they said that they used to
carry one, but they can't get it anymore. I haven't seen any in any of
the catalogs I've looked at. I don't know about ICE, I called them
about three months ago requesting a catalog and haven't seen anything
yet. I plan on unhooking it when not in use but I would like something
just in case.
Thanks,
Bob N8YGG
