Hi Steve and John,
I don't have ANY beam up at the present, but hope to soon. I asked Roger
Cox at Hygain the TH7 vs TH11 question, and here is what he told me:

On the tower for the USAF, I'll check with Jim Roths and Clyde Blyleven.
They probably know what this is.
On the TH11 or TH7 question, I would highly recommend the TH11DX. It has
better performance than the TH7DX on 20 and 10 meters, and superior
performance on 17 meters. 12 and 15 meters is average performance. It
does not have any option for 40m, however you could stack a Disc. 7-2 or a
CC 402CD with it for 40m. Some people have gamma-matched the boom of the
TH7DX for 40m. This may be possible on the TH11 also.

So, I am headed for a TH11DX! As for you John, I can't comment on
what is better/cheaper - a TH7 plus another ant for 12/17, but if
you must stick with one beam, it looks like the TH11 would even improve
your perf on 10 and 20m.
