Hi Ron....
If you are installing the starting capacitor at the rotor, i would recommend
putting it OUTSIDE the rotor housing. This will simplify replacement so you
don't have to pull the rotor out to replace the capacitor.
I do this with both of my T2X rotators. It also eliminates two wires in the
rotor cable (these can be used for other purposes such as antenna switching).
I tape up the capacitor and tape it to one of the tower rungs just below the
rotor.
