Bill is plumb wrong.
A tower usually is considered a structure and most home owner policies cover
their replacement cost. They are not treated as automobiles which, of
course, do depreciate.
I urge you to obtain a legal opinion and also bring to your lawyer's
attention that the driver/owner of the vehicle might be liable. Unless you
were the driver, this point needs checking.
