I hold the load with a bearing on a shelf under my "pointy top" Rohn
45. Then I put the T2X rotor on a lower shelf (the lower the better)
and I double nut the u-bolts on the shelf and leave the shelf loose so
it can float a small amount to make up for any mis-alignment.
Now I know the engineers will grimace at this, but it has been working
for me for many years!
