Dean,
I've been using the RC5B3 for about 5 years with no major problems at
all.
I've been turning a KLM 40M4 with a Hygain 204BA stacked 13' above it. It
does get very sluggish when the wind is up to 30+ MPH due to the mass of the
antenna and the bending of the mast. The variable turning rate control and
presets are great features. I'll admit though, the only reason I'm using it
was because I got it new for under $400. I'll be upgrading to prop pitch
rotators some day. Good luck.
