my propagation program will do a polar projection centered anywhere in
the world, and its free. available for dos, windows, or java right
on the web. no, you won't be able to trace the fjords in norway
when you are at the antipode, but you can see the sunrise/sunset
line and propagation predictions superimposed on it instead.
