Sorry about your antenna problems John but quite frankly I think in the
case of deed restrictions you need a realestate broker not an attorney.
I've never seen an exception made in our area for exactly the same reason.
They make one exception others will use it as an example in every future
application.
Some people select property on the three "L"s location, location, location.
Every one I've bought in the last 40 years has been selected based on the
three "A"s antenna, antenna antenna.
