E-Z Way RBS-40

I am the third owner of a E-Z way RBS 40 tower. It has mounted on it a
Mosley CL-33.  The Cl-33 is
rated at 6.0 sq. ft . I want to replace it with a Pro 67C rated at 12.1 sq.
ft. Does anyone have information
on  the wind load rating of this tower. This information is not in the
manual supplied with the tower.
