I don't have much to add to the AA8U post -- good advice. The biggest
problem with any roof installation is roof membrane penetration. You want to
avoid this like the plague. The building owner/manager will be incredibly
concerned about this possiblility since they have thousands of dollars
invested in roof integrity. Anything you can do to avoid this is
recommended.
