Topband: Laos

A fellow in Laos wants to get on 160 m.  I imagine those of you who
chase DX would be interested in encouraging him and giving him advice.
He says he wants to put up an antenna that's good for DX.  I told him
to put up an inverted L.  Others might have better ideas.  He posted
in the antenna forum on QRZ.com:
