I worked them on 80-meter CW the other night with no difficulty, and because there were no lightning storms in the area last night, I decided to stay up until their sunset last night. Shortly after 06Z, I started copying N5J Q5 and had them in the log after a few up-1 calls. My usual RX 4-square is in for the summer, so I was using my TX vertical for RX too. Great operation! 73, Bill K0KT in Iowa _________________ Searchable Archives: http://www.contesting.com/_topband - Topband Reflector |
