This subject is well covered in theory by the late John Krause (SK es W8JK) in
his famous book
“Electromagnetics”. He is a late Professor of Electrical Engineering at the
Ohio State University.
My father gave me a copy of this book when I was a student at Georgia Tech in
the 1960’s.
