Topband: Shielded phone cable use?

I have come into 1000+ feet of telephone service line (legally)!
My question is what can I use it for?  I'm thinking just use the shield as a 
conductor for a beverage or inverted l.  It has 2 sets of twisted pair in a 
robust aluminum shield.
I appreciate your advice.
