Another relevant example is for feeding a 4 square array. See "Phasing Lines
..." here: http://ac6la.com/aetltu.html This example uses the W7EL "Simplest"
(all transmission line) type feed but it is also possible to use any kind of
phase shift network (such as a W1MK type) via the EZNEC v5 L Networks feature.
For both T-lines and L networks, loss may be included in the calculations.
