I believe that Andy is talking about RF Connection in MD where the manager is 
named Joel.

RF Parts is a separate company that sells tubes and such.  I can say that Joel 
at RF Connections has a wide variety of unique connectors.

Perhaps there is a Joel at both companies?

Another source is RF Parts.
I have purchased some high quality connectors from Joel there for some off
beat cables. The LMR-600 connectors are pricey though, be prepared!
