Topband: beacons on 160m

Hi Tree and all,

the subject of these signals has been addressed in the topband 
reflector several times (search the topband archives for DJ5DT or 
Hyperfix). These wideband signals on the low end of topband are 
really annoying in most of northern Europe and can be even heard 
in W7 and KH6 land.
