Topband: Beacons

Yes they are Russian beacons located north of Norway and Russia. We hear them 
frequently in SM. At times they are very noisy, at times weaker. Thet were gone 
for some years, but now they are back again. However, they seem to indicate 
that condx are building up on top band if you can copy them in Hawaii!
