I have been following this thread because I plan to put up an inverted L
on 160 this fall and am trying to decide how and how many radials to use.

I made a "radial plate" out of angle aluminum for my 30M vertical and plan
to do the same for 160M.  It was inexpensive and only took a few minutes
to make.
