Worked VK3ZL this morning twice, 100 watts, Pro III, and MA160V, for a new
distance record from this QTH of 8,915 miles according to www.qrz.com
calculations- I know...I know....not the toughest path but we'll take it-
Just more summer time banter while the reflector is slow, har! Sunrise is a
B-E-A-U-tiful thing- LIke with ZL8X, the MA160V, actually had a better copy at
sunrise vs the K9AY which was the only antenna hearing Bob for almost an hour
and a half before our first QSO's........the first being 15 minutes before our
sunrise and the other, right at sunrise- I guess I can take down the antennas
now for winter- Thx Bob, fb on the skeds and for pulling us out-
