If anyone was listening to the signals on 80 and 160 yesterday around North 
America sunset they would have heard a sudden improvemrnt of propagation for a 
short period.
I noticed this particularly on the signal from TJ9PF.
Their signals had never risen above an S 5 to 6 on either band but were coming 
in at 10 to 15 over S 9 around sunset.  They dropped off sharply within an hour.
There was a burst of HF radio emissions from a sunspot only a few hours prior
