Had my dummy load connected, through the antenna switch, to my 160 meter
vertical array. Took a summertime, near lightening strike. One of the items
damaged was the B&W model 374 Dummy load- Wattmeter. Found the internal diode
blown. Used a general silicon RF diode replacement and found it is not giving
the voltage needed to calibrate the meter. This replacement took much of a day
due to the oil filled chamber, so do not want to just try other diodes. Does
anyone know the manufacturers exact diode number?
Thank you in advance for any help.
