Topband: Webinar spot

At the conclusion of K9LA's excellent webinar on 160-meter propagation tonight, 
W4ZV reported that ST2AR was holding forth on 160.  I quickly signed off, went 
to the shack, waited the necessary 3 minutes for the amp, and worked the ST2 on 
the first call.

What I want to know is this:

Is this the first time a webinar has been used successfully for DX spotting?
