I read a post from Remi, stating that his bank will no longer accept U.S.
Dollars. He suggests sending him Euros, but did not state how many. IRC's
are in transition now. I want to send my QSL immediately. Any suggestions on
where to get some Euros, and how many do I need to send?

For a fee, I can order them from my bank.
The however is one Euro (~~$1.50) is a coin. The smallest paper bill is the
5 Eu or $7.36 USD.
