How often are the guy wires broken up on the 200 foot Rohn?

You might want to check for cracked insulators or insulators with 
leakage paths on the 200 foot tower guy system.  The tower joints 
themselves should also be checked.  Replace the guy wires with 
Phylistran non-conducting guys and maybe even try to build a cage stub 
on the tower to detune it at RF on 160 meters.
