Topband: Phaser-unit/noise canceller in kit-form

Hello everybody!

I wonder if there ever was a noise canceller available in kit-form? I am 
talking about those noise-cancellers like MFJ-1025/6, Timewave ANC-4, but for 
RX-only. Their prize of the commercial ones is pretty high as they have a built 
in HF-VOX. I am looking for something for RX-only. Is that available?
