With the loop close to the transmit antenna, noise coupling will be a 
problem... Only a few solutions come to mind immediately..
One would be to relocate the loop so that the transmit antenna is in the loop's 
null zone when the loop is pointed towards your favorite DX...
Another is to move the loop to the front yard, etc. to get the maximum 
separation - even if you have to put it up after dark and take it down before 
morning...
And you need to put a relay at the base of the transmit antenna so that it is 
decoupled from the ground and the coax when in receive mode...

Longer term solution: Get a group of guys together and create a remote 
receiving site...
