I am designing an L-network for my 160 vertical which I would also like to put on 80 and 40m. I have figured out the component values for the 3 bands but would like to know how large the coils need to be. I am using series coils with a predicted 5.5 Amps maximum RF current at full legal limit. Can I just simply use #12 wire? how about 1/4" copper tubing? or something in-between? Thanks, Steve KK7UV _______________________________________________ Topband mailing list Topband@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/topband |
