NM7M tells me an article co-authored by Bob and K9LA, "A Theory on the
Role of Galactic Cosmic Rays in 160-Meter Propagation," will be
published in the November issue of CQ magazine, and will be the lead
feature. The issue should be on newsstands and in subscribers'
mailboxes by late October.
