Greg,

I'm not familiar with either of those two Belden types, so I can only
contribute the following: I've had good luck burying RG58 and RG6 by
first placing it in 1/2" PVC pipe.  This is widely available here in
the U.S. and quite inexpensive.  I've used Schedule 40 pipe, but there
are thinner grades which cost less.

Yes, moisture will condense in the pipe as differences in atmospheric
pressure at opposite ends force it in and out, allowing condensation.
The cable seems to do well, though, I suppose because it's protected
from abrasion by the soil it's buried in.
