Several have been fortunate to
work Serge UK8DAN over the past few
years. He surely is one of the most
persistent operators from a rare and
difficult area for propagation to NA. I
often see him spotted even though
most times I cannot hear him.
Today I happened to be online
when he was spotted by RA4LW, so
I asked Vlad to get Serge's exact rig
and antenna setup. Here is what Vlad
reported after asking Serge:

For any who need Serge, get your receiving
systems tweaked up, be persistent and

continue to be QRV often this season.
