Topband: Best 160M Times for 2006 Oceania DX Contest?

Thought I might listen on 160M Phone between 0800 UTC
today and 0800 UTC tomorrow to see if the Oceania DX
contest generates any interesting signals.

What is the gathered wisdom as to the best times of
day to have the possibility of hearing VK and VL from
west central Florida?
