Evening All,
I had a feeling in my bones that 160 would yield some goodies last night...
The solar wind was less than 300 kms, the "A" & "K" indices were each never
higher than one (at a point earlier in the afternoon they were both zero), &
all the charts relating to geomagnetic activity in Canada's north were coloured
green...
Even yours truly managed to get across the pond before the sun had even set
locally here! Later in the evening, some of the "DK" & "G" stations seemed to
be as loud as some of my neighbours south of the 49th!
About the only thing that can "hurt" on nights like that is QRN, from the
inordinately warm wx we've been experiencing here of late...
Happy hunting, all!
