Topband: Stew Perry contest

I didn't do much, and it was my first entry in the SP contest, but it was a 
ball.  Such a great improvement over traditional contests.  I did mostly S&P 
and many were with <100w, but still worked some EU friends and had a 
wonderful time.
I will do it again if I am still around here.
