Topband: Stew Perry Practice on Thursday

The Northern California Contest Club has been running practice sessions
for the various contests on Thursday nights (local USA).  They have 
seen the light and agreed to adopt the Stew Perry contest for the
practice session this week.  It runs from 0330-0440 Friday zulu time.
