Bill,
The station on 1820 is radio 91 in the Dominican Republic.
It is the second harmonic of a home made transmitter. I have
the phone numbers and all the information on that station. I
have .WAV recordings.
The thing on 1820.4 is a carrier from up around lower
eastern New England. It is totally unmodulated, so there is
no need for a .wav. It would just be a steady clean tone.
Distinctly different problems!!
