Wondered whether anyone could shed some light on this situation. I have an
Ameritron RCS-4 antenna switch that is fed with about 600 feet or so away
with 3/4" CATV hardline. Currently there are three beverages, each with
their own matching transformer and separate feedpoints connected. The
signals on the unused Position #3 seem to be the same as Position #4 which
is where a Northeast Beverage is connected. At least some of them are
switching since I can see a significant difference between a Northeast and
a
Northwest, for example. However, I have not been back down with an ohm
meter to see whether Position #3 is acutally switching separately from
 Position #4.

Anyone know what might be happening? I will try to do some investigation
this weekend, although it is an experience to get to where this thing is
located down the side of a bluff.

 Thanks...Stan, K5GO
