On the Pro2 and Pro3, the factory default CW rise time setting is 4 msec
and results in clicks +/-1.5 kHz. 6 msec is a bit better, with clicks
+/-1.0 kHz. All users should set this to 8 msec (the max) to reduce
their clicks to +/-500 Hz. The actual CW rise/fall time for this radio
is about half of the menu setting.
