Topband: last night

listened from sunset to midnight,regularly scanning 1810 to1835,19th,03.Only 
heard one very weak signal on 1.825 at 1130Z,unidentified.Qrn was only S2.ZL 
beacon S8.Night before Tom W8JI was 599 at his sunrise.Band sure has mind of 
its own.
