Topband: 3Y0X Postponed.

I suppose most of you have heard that the Peter I Island DXpedition has
been postponed until 2006 because their charter vessel will not arrive
until Sunday.  They decided this would not allow enough time on the
island to justify the DXpedition this year :-(
