Topband: Broadcast QRM

Hi, I am new to 160 meters and need some advice/information. Near where I live 
there are two very High Power BC stations 1290Kcs and 1600Kcs, they manage to 
put signals in 160/75/40 and 20 meters. At present I am interested in 
eliminated the spurs on 160 meters. Does anyone have a good circuit to 
eliminate this interference?
