The difference is so insignificant that there should be no concern.

The turns ratio for 50-ohm coax is about 3:13 in either case (900 ohms of
950 ohms), so this is insignificant also. I suggest that you use 2 turns
on the 50-ohm winding and 9 turns on the high-impedance winding. Do NOT
increase the amount of turns above that on either winding.
