Hi Topbanders,

I thought that it will be YOU having trouble copying my 100w and temporary
antenna signal, but unfortunately the hotel generator creates a bad QRNN
at some time and I have problems too.
The worst band is 80, but other bands, including 160m, are also affected.
At some times I just can't hear any signals, so if you hear me listening
UP1 it means I still have a hope to hear at least loud signals. Send your
call two-three extra times if you notice I don't get back to any stations
fast.- I am listening through the noise and if not in use, I will usually
transmit on 1823 or 1829, listening 1 up. If I find a better freq, with
less noise, I might appear anywhere.

As I have worked both EU and NA stations, I am still optimistic that there
will be a chance to work a few more stations before my departure on 1 Nov
2004.
