With a twisted wire, the user would have to be concerned
with loss in the line and performance changes between wet
and dry weather including impedance changes.
I don't know if this line has conductors exposed to moisture
or has some sort of thick jacket that prevents water from
disturbing the line.
I am very sure a line with close spaced twisted conductors
that didn't keep the water away from the area in and around
the conductors would change significantly in loss and
impedance in wet weather.
I'm not sure if the exposed twisted pair would provide
adequate or inadequate results in those cases. It would
depend on the amount of change and how much change the user
would consider a problem.
My guess would be a person is much better off with TV
lead-in or other parallel conductors.
