John,
Many thanks - very glad to hear Bill is still around and well and a
wonderful reminder of old times - we had many QSOs in 1969 when I was lucky
enough to be in VP9 - he was working on his phased 1/4 wave vertical system,
one of the best signals from the east coast of course with Stew W1BB Ernie
K1PBW and Ralph W1HGT.
