If the four guy wires are each 38.5 feet long, that will be very close to
resonance at 1.830 MHz according to EZNEC.  The feedpoint resistance will
be about 2.2 ohms at resonance.

Modeling was done over "average" soil and #10 AWG wires were used for the
guy wires and skirt wire.
