Best to avoid ANY exact KHz.  While 0.5 KHz is plenty to avoid most
products, its better to stay farther than that away from 1820.0 and
1830.0

We in NA should always remind people about BC harmonics falling on
multiples
of 9 when working VK/ZL and Europe.
